I've placed my order, how long until I receive it?
Current order processing time is 10-14 days + shipping time
All orders are shipped via USPS

The items I want are sold out, can I request a restock?
Sure! There's no guarantee I will be able to restock all requests but it's extremely helpful for me to know which items you'd like to see restocked. Shoot me an email directly or use the contact page to send restock requests.

I want to customize or substitute an item in my order, is that possible?

Maybe! For simple designs some color swaps can be made, please email me directly

Can I order a custom pair of earrings?
I am not currently taking any custom design requests

Something in my order is broken/missing, what do I do?
For any and all issues related to your order pls email me directly and include a photo of your order and your order number 

I need to edit my order, is that possible?
yes! after you place your order you will receive an email confirming your purchase, within that email is an option to "edit" your order, you can add or remove items, change your shipping address, etc. If you need more assistance pls email me directly. 

I lost one earring, can I purchase a replacement?
Maybe! Depending on my current acrylic inventory I may be able to replace lost earrings, Email me a photo so we can chat
 
*RESIN CARE*
All resin pieces are made by hand and completely unique. Resin does not react well to extreme heat so please store your resin pieces in a room-temperature, dry environment. If for some reason you need to clean your resin pieces soap and water, or a make-up wipe will do just fine.
